Who we work with

We work with Egger, Kronospan, Polyrey and all other MFG's of sheet or board material, as well as new exciting finishes from Italy.

Over the years we have increased our capabilities of the materials we are confident of processing. We can now able to Press laminates on to any core board in-house, we press laminates from all the major players such as Egger, Polyrey, Arpa, Formica, Abet, Altofino, ASD, Resopal, to name just a few, MFC/MFMDF boards from Egger, Kronopsan, Finsa, compact Laminate from Kronospan, Arpa, Greenlam, etc.

Recent enhancements include our Spindle Moulder which allows us to profile the edge of any board material to any profile our client may require, from Bullnose, Chamfer and rounded, all are easily achievable. 

Earlier in the year we also invested in new MacMazza Beam Saw Technology in order to increase our cutting capacity and reduce our waste, at this time we also upgraded our Shaped Edge-banding capabilities with the purchase of a Vitap Eclipse edge bander, this has increased productivity and increased our quality.

Further new investment which arrives in August 2019 is our New Holzher Lumina straight edge band machine centre, this has laser edge technology which produces a seamless invisible water tight edge to all straight edge panel products. This machine also applies ABS edge via a PUR form, this dramatically reduces the seam between board and ABS edge, this is a major step forward for our STANDARD product offering, while also being able to offer Laser Edge panels to those customers who require a seamless bond line.

We also provide CNC cutting and Edge-banding services in isolation to customers, or indeed any process within our remit can be purchased in isolation.
